Our Pest Control Process
At Mantis Pest Solutions we offer both residential and commercial pest control services focusing on specific specialty pest services as well. Our residential service process is always the same, but our commercial pest control services will vary and is customized for each client.
Inspection
First we will start with an inspection to determine what pest is causing trouble and we do this by taking an inside to outside approach. Next we focus on removing the pests so we can then begin a preventitive treatment.
Treatments
Mantis will thoroughly review all preparation instructions for your treatment prep before any treatment during your inspection. We will also send those same instructions via email in your subscription paperwork. Mantis goes the extra mile so you can rest easy.
Follow-Up
After our initial service, we will come back to assess the treatments and be sure that they are continuously working to keep the targeted troubled pest away. This will happen every 3 months so we can stay on top of it and keep your property protected. For residential, this will always cover both the outside of your home and the interior.

Never been an issue having a technician come out between regular service intervals as well. Derek was super polite, professional and punctual. In addition to him taking care of the wasps nests, he even applied a granular barrier in the event rain washed out the spray application. Overall, a highly satisfied customer!
